SBA has revised the original version of the FY 2026 7(a) Fee Calculator which is intended as a worksheet to assist lenders to calculate the fees that will be due on loans approved by SBA during fiscal year 2026 (October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026).   The revised calculator will be posted to the SBA website as soon as it is made compliant with the accessibility requirements accessibility standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.  In the meantime, you can access the corrected calculator here.  Lenders should note that if the fee calculated using the worksheet differs from that calculated in E-Tran at the time of SBA loan approval, the E-Tran fee will prevail.
