SBA has provided a link to an updated version of the revised SBA Form 1919, Borrower Information Form. The new version of the form, now a fillable PDF, can be accessed here.
According to information provided by SBA, the revised form will be available on SBA’s website within a few business days and a notice announcing the form’s availability will be issued soon.
Lenders may continue to use the 9/2023 version of the form which currently appears on SBA’s website, or may use the updated version of the form dated 4/2024. After the new version of the form is officially published on SBA’s website, SBA will allow a 30-day grace period before its use will become mandatory for all loan applicants.
