NAGGL Pathways
Pathways is NAGGL’s new education framework designed to provide a flexible, role-based learning experience for SBA 7(a) professionals at every stage of their career. With clear tracks aligned to specific job functions and skill levels, Pathways makes it easier than ever to build expertise, gain confidence, and grow within the 7(a) lending industry.
NAGGL will begin rolling out new Pathways over the coming months, with full implementation planned for 2026. Stay tuned for updates on available tracks and courses as they are launched.
Legacy Diploma Programs
NAGGL’s Legacy Diploma Program has been a foundational part of our education offerings providing essential training for both new and experienced SBA 7(a) lenders. The Fundamental Lender Diploma builds a strong base in the core components of SBA lending, while the Advanced Lender Diploma offers deeper insights into complex and technical lending topics.
This program will sunset at the end of 2025. All completed credits will be transitioned into NAGGL’s new Pathways framework launching in 2026.

No, our courses are open to everyone. However, NAGGL members receive exclusive discounts and access to member-only content and tools.
Will I receive a certificate or proof of completion?
Yes, participants who complete a course will receive a certificate of completion, which can be used for internal training records or continuing education tracking.

As part of its commitment to providing the highest-quality training experience in the 7(a) industry, NAGGL promises that if SBA makes significant changes to program requirements that impact course content within 90 days after the conclusion of a training course, NAGGL will provide updates to all class attendees at no additional cost
