During the July 11, 2023, 7(a) Connect webinar on SOP 50 10 7, Lender and Development Company Loan Programs, SBA described many of the major changes in the SOP, including some of the additional changes that will be made in the technical updates (TU) version of the document. 
The new version of the SOP, which is slated to be published within the next few days, will take effect on August 1, 2023, replacing SOP 50 10 6.  While we wait for the TU version of the 50 10 7, NAGGL is sharing this summary of the expected additional changes as described in the Connect webinar PowerPoint.  We will provide a link to this final version of SOP 50 10 7 as soon as it is published.  [For more information about changes described in the webinar, link to its recording from SBA’s
