On December 10, 2023, SBA sent a message to those 7(a) lenders, and CDC’s who have active accounts to access 7(a) PARRiS and 504 SMART performance reports through OCRM’s Lender Portal announcing that it had completed a system enhancement that would allow all 7(a) and CDC users to access OCRM’s Lender Portal reports through SBA’s Capital Access Financial Systems using the same login and password they had used to access E-tran and other CAFS systems. As explained in the SBA message: This enhancement will benefit SBA and lenders by: eliminating a user id/password, providing better and more timely account management support through SBA’s CLS team, and by allowing lenders to authorize multiple users to access these tools.
SBA now has advised that the transition process has proceeded smoothly and that it has successfully auto-enrolled existing CAFS and SBA Lender Portal those users who had matching emails and location IDs on both accounts. So, as indicated in the original SBA message, effective December 22, 2023, SBA will disable sbalenderportal.com and LLMS Portal access will only be available through CAFS.
