SBA has provided a high level summary of some of the recent program changes. Lenders have advised that this “highlights” document is being distributed by Lender Relationship Specialists in SBA’s field offices, some of whom also are informing lenders that “for the time being” SBA will not be releasing a tech updates version of SOP 50 10 7. The summary documents also is available on the SBA website.
NAGGL remains hopeful that SBA will provide some form of corrections/clarifications to SOPs 50 10 7, 50 56 1 and 50 57 3, as needed. Please monitor naggl.org for additional information as it becomes available.
