SBA Administrator Loeffler announced that, effective May 1, 2026, U.S. small businesses operating within designated NAICS codes across the food supply chain will become eligible for an enhanced 90% “Grocery Guarantee” under the SBA International Trade Loan (ITL) Program. This expanded eligibility will cover a broad range of industries supporting food production, processing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
