SBA has published its quarterly notice in the Federal Register (88 FR 42998) indicating that the optional “peg” rate for its variable rate 7(a) loans will be 3.75% for the July to September FY23 quarter.  This represents a slight decrease from the 3.88% rate in effect for the April to June quarter.
