iCAP Pilot Opportunity
SBA is encouraging lenders to participate in the ongoing iCAP pilot. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the new platform before its use becomes mandatory and to provide valuable feedback that will help shape its development. During the pilot period, participating lenders will have the flexibility to choose, on a loan-by-loan basis, whether to process loans through iCAP or E-Tran. This allows lenders to become familiar with the new technology while continuing to use E-Tran when appropriate.
