SBA has issued Information Notice 5000-877673, Guidance for Frequently Asked Questions Related to Recent SBA Procedural Notices (Dated March 31, and effective March 1, 2026). The notice provides brief responses to some of the questions that have come up since SBA issued the notices governing both sets of policy changes.
