In a press release dated November 1, 2023, SBA Administrator Isabel Guzman announced that the Agency has granted three new Small Business Lending Company (SBLC) licenses. The new licenses were awarded to:  Arkansas Capital Corporation, Alaska Growth Capital BIDCO, Inc., and Funding Circle. In announcing the new SBLC licenses, Administrator Guzman said:  “With the addition of three new Small Business License Companies, the SBA will be able to serve even more small business owners who need capital to start, operate, and grow their businesses”.  In October, SBA also granted an additional 143 Community Advantage SBLC licenses.
