SBA has issued a communication describing the changes that it has made to the servicing and purchase responsibilities in the Fresno and Little Rock Commercial Loan Service Centers (CLSCs) and the National Guaranty Purchase Center (NGPC). These changes are effective immediately.
Most importantly, in order to better balance their workload, the CLSCs have implemented a unified intake process whereby all servicing requests, regardless of the borrower’s geographical location, will be sent to the Fresno Servicing Center. Also, as part of this realignment, some guaranty purchases previously handled by the CLSCs are now being handled by the NGPC.
