I am writing to share that, after an exceptional career in the 7(a) industry spanning nearly 40 years, including 12 years of dedicated service on the NAGGL staff, Rachel Zippwald is retiring on March 27.
Even prior to joining the NAGGL team, Rachel was an active NAGGL member and a highly respected instructor, generously sharing her expertise and practical insight with lenders across the country. During her time on staff, Rachel played an important role in advancing our mission and strengthening our education and professional development efforts.
Her commitment to the 7(a) Program, to our members, and to the success of this industry has left a lasting mark on this organization. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the NAGGL staff, and our membership, I want to thank Rachel for her many years of service and for her meaningful contributions. We wish her all the best as she begins her next chapter.
