Is the NAGGL Spring Conference canceled?
In lieu of our in-person conference, this year’s Spring Conference will be presented virtually. No sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We recommend that you not initiate travel to Atlanta. 

What will a virtual NAGGL conference look like?
Similar to our WEBExpress courses, all scheduled breakout sessions and general sessions will be presented live via our Cisco Webex system. Our digital schedule of events will allow you to add your selected breakout session to your calendar and set reminders before we go live.


To accommodate for the difference in time zones among our registrants, the rebroadcasting of each session will be available shortly after the live recording is complete.
In addition to live content, access to pre-recorded content will be available. An email with login information for access to these resources will be sent out prior to the event start date.  

Who do I contact with questions?
NAGGL is working quickly to get the word out regarding the virtual conference. At this time, please submit all questions to conference@naggl.org and our team will forward it to the correct point of contact.

I am already registered for conference. What do I do?
You will not need to contact NAGGL regarding your registration status. Your registration will be automatically upgraded to a virtual attendee which will enable you access to the conference materials and live sessions. NAGGL will contact all attendees with additional information and resources to prepare prior to the conference start date. 

Will my registration fee be refunded?
NAGGL’s standard cancelation policy is in place. Current registrants have until the early bird deadline (April 17) to cancel their existing registration for a credit or refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After April 17, no credits or refunds will be provided, however, we can transfer your registration to another individual within your institution at no cost. 

How do I use a NAGGL credit to register for the conference?
You will need to email your registration information and a copy of your receipt showing the credit to info@naggl.org. Your request will be assigned to one of our team members who will process your request and send you a registration confirmation and updated invoice. 

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
You must contact your hotel directly to cancel your hotel room as soon as possible. The Hyatt Regency Atlanta has canceled all reservations that were booked in the NAGGL block and is refunding any deposits to the card on file.  

How do I cancel my airfare?
Many airlines have COVID-19 policies in place for their passengers being affected by related cancelations. We suggest that you contact your air
