Rising Star Program Rules

How the Rising Star Program Works

• The program is limited to lenders that made 25 or fewer SBA 7(a) loans during the last fiscal year.

• Qualifying lenders are eligible to enroll TWO individuals from their organization to participate.

• Participants must be approved by the member of record (MOR). Not sure who your MOR is? Contact us >

• Rising Stars can take up to 5 discounted classroom training courses during a three-year period.

• Fundamental and advanced diploma classroom training courses qualify.

• Once a Rising Star successfully completes their 5 chosen courses, the lender organization may nominate another individual to be a Rising Star participant.

• Rising Stars receive a promo code to be redeemed at the time of course registration.

• Promo codes offer $100 off per fundamental or advanced diploma classroom training course, a total savings of $500 over (up to) a three-year period.

• Only one discount promo code per course is allowed.

• Each promo code has an expiration date of three years from the date a Rising Star’s enrollment form is received.

• Course discounts are not retroactive.

• Participants must provide their promo code when registering online for each individual course. Otherwise, they will be charged the full price.

• Refunds cannot be given for unused coupon codes.

• Discount promo codes may be redeemed only by Rising Stars employed by a qualified lender who is a current member of NAGGL at the time of enrollment and at the time of course registration.

Rising Star promo codes are non-transferable. Only the program participant is eligible to receive this discount. If a participant leaves the organization prior completing the program, their promo code becomes void. The qualified lending organization may nominate a replacement by contacting the NAGGL office
