Scramble Golf Tournament
Tuesday, November 13
8:30 am – 2:30 pm – Shotgun Start  
Maderas Golf Course – Fee $165

The beautiful and challenging Maderas Golf Course was designed by Johnny Miller and Robert Muir Graves.  Located in the hill country of the suburb of Poway, the course winds through the cliffs, rock outcroppings, creeks, and forests.  With three lakes, five waterfalls, and over 40 acres of wildflowers, it’s no wonder the course is listed on Golf Digest’s Top 100!

Golf Fee includes: Transportation to/from course, continental breakfast, awards lunch, practice range, green fees, golf cart, and team prizes.

Golf Club Rental: $60, must be paid in advance

Team Requests: Submitted during the registration process, or via email Cheryl Stone by October 12.

NO refunds on golf or club rental cancelations; substitutions are encouraged. 

Opening Reception – Walk on the Wild Side at the Sunset Safari!

Welcome to San Diego! At the opening reception you’ll be surrounded by friends and colleagues, taste culinary delights, enjoy live music, and drink captivating beverages! Don’t monkey around, dress in your favorite safari attire and join the safari hunt to win exotic prizes.

Attire: Business casual

Opening reception included in conference registration fee. Registrant’s guest: $85.

Take Flight! Reception

Wednesday, November 14 (6:30 – 9:00 pm)
San Diego Air and Space Museum in Balboa Park

The history of aviation is a remarkable story, and it comes alive at the San Diego Air and Space Museum. Try your skill at the ACE Flight Simulators or experience the year-long celebration of speed in the new special exhibition, SPEED: SCIENCE in MOTION. SPEED offers race car simulators and an exciting lineup of the fastest planes, jets, rockets, and cars in the world! Dance under the stars as we salute our veterans with the Pete Jacobs Band and War Time Revue, dive into delectable food, and enjoy an open bar with your favorite drinks!
Transportation departs the Hyatt at 6:00 pm for a short 10-minute ride to the museum.  

Attire: Business casual. Attendees are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue!

This party is included in the registration fee for conference attendees. Registrant’s guest: $95
