SBA has provided Information Notice 5000-845284, FY 2023 Updated Fee Schedule for SBA Oversight of 7(a) Lenders (effective March 31, 2023)  The notice announces SBA’s 7(a) oversight fees for FY 2023 (October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023).  The fees differ based on whether the lender is Federally regulated or SBA supervised, and whether the lender holds, or does not hold, delegated status.  The notice includes a chart showing, by lender status, the previous and current fees charged for every $1 million in 7(a) guaranteed dollars a 7(a) Lender has outstanding.
