On October 24, NAGGL hosted its first Build-a-Bike event, sponsored by Byline Bank. During this networking mixer, teams worked together to build fourteen easy-to-assemble bicycles to be donated to For the Love Charity of Colorado Springs.
NAGGL’s Build-a-Bike event allowed participants to experience a high-energy, lively event with a purpose.
Event participant, Pamela Frie, Fund-Ex Solutions Group, says, “When I signed up for the Build-a-Bike event at the NAGGL annual conference I didn’t realize I would do more than build bikes for local children. I also got to collaborate and team up with other SBA professionals I didn’t already know, build relationships with them, help, and get help from other teams, and have a TON of fun at the same time. I would definitely do this again. Great choice NAGGL!”

The touching conclusion of gratitude expressed by the recipients of the bikes was a bonus of an already enriching experience.
