NAGGL strives to always provide the most up to date information in its training courses. And, as you probably have heard, SBA intends to issue version 6.1 of SOP 50 10 within the next few weeks which, based on recent information from the Agency, is expected to contain major policy changes. Because of that, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the following courses that include instruction on the 50 10, until the new SOP is issued and NAGGL is able to appropriately update its training material –
- Basic Credit Analysis / November 7 – 9
- WEBExpress: Evidencing a Required Equity Injection / November 10
- Understanding the SOP 50 10 / November 14 – 16
- Closing and Funding the SBA Loan / November 14 – 16
- WEBExpress: Mastering Debt Refinance Eligibility / November 17
- Get Acquainted with SBA 7(a) Lending / November 18
All other courses listed on NAGGL’s training schedule will continue as planned. If you are a registrant of any of these courses, here are your options:
1) Remain Registered for the Next Available Offering – You will remain registered for the rescheduled course with the latest information (December 2022/January 2023 – Dates TBD)
- If the rescheduled dates do not work for you, you will have the option to take a credit to use for a future training opportunity of your choice.
2) Request a Credit – We will apply a credit to your NAGGL account to use for a future training opportunity of your choice
3) Request a Refund – We will apply a refund to your invoice (only available if training invoice has been paid in full)
If you wish to receive a credit or refund, please email [email protected]. If we do not hear from you by the original course start date, you will remain registered for the future training when it is rescheduled.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and look forward to your participation in a future NAGGL course!
