The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) is proud to announce the launch of NAGGLCares disaster relief assistance, a new initiative aimed at supporting small businesses recovering from natural disasters across the country. As part of this effort, NAGGL has pledged to donate $50,000 in 2025 to organizations that are directly assisting small business owners during their time of greatest need.
“Our members are on the front lines of small business recovery every day,” said Tony Wilkinson, NAGGL President & CEO. “This is another way for us to unite as a community and directly support local businesses as they rebuild after crisis.”
As part of its initial efforts, NAGGL recently contributed $5,000 to , a North Carolina-based nonprofit supporting small businesses impacted by last year’s hurricane in Asheville and surrounding areas. We encourage those who wish to contribute further to do so directly through their website at .
NAGGL’s Disaster Relief Task Force is closely monitoring the aftermath of the recent flooding in the Texas Hill Country to identify the most effective local partner to facilitate disaster relief to small businesses.
