St. Louis, Missouri – The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) is proud to award Mark Meyer and Kevin Corwin, co-founders of InScope, with the Association’s prestigious Champion of Small Business Entrepreneurship Award for 2023.

This award highlights an exceptional small business whose entrepreneurial dreams have been made possible through the financial assistance of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) Loan Program. Nominated by Midwest BankCentre based in St. Louis, MO, Meyer and Corwin were selected for their outstanding innovation and entrepreneurial achievements.

The award ceremony was held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 during NAGGL’s Spring Conference in St. Louis where NAGGL’s President and CEO, Tony Wilkinson, presented the award to Meyer and Corwin in front of an audience of more than 700 SBA lending professionals.

InScope is a cloud-based project management software designed that aims to provide “fundamental life projects that in ways that more accurate, equitable and efficient,” according to Corwin. Founded in 2019, Meyer and Corwin built InScope to address the pain points they experienced in their own work as civil engineers, namely cost, simplicity, and configurability.

In accepting the award, Meyer and Corwin expressed their gratitude to NAGGL, Midwest BankCentre and the 7(a) lending community for helping to support their dream of revolutionizing project management systems, one project at a time.
