This year NAGGL honored the following Award Education Award Recipients –

Advanced Lender Diploma

NAGGL’s Advanced Diploma Program affords seasoned SBA professionals with a wealth of existing expertise the opportunity to continue their SBA education in a way that will help them meet the increasingly diverse needs of their management and customers in new and innovative ways. Each diploma recipient must complete (4) required courses and pass a final exam.

The Fundamental Lender Diploma is a valuable tool in building expertise in SBA lending. Established in 1997, the program is continually fine-tuned in order to maintain educational integrity. Each diploma recipient must complete (5) required courses and pass a final exam.

Instructor of the Year

This award is given to a NAGGL instructor that embodies leadership, commitment to education and service to the industry

During the 2022 Award Ceremony, Rachel Zippwald, Senior Vice President and Director of Education for NAGGL, presented this year’s award to Kendra Vincenty, Integro Bank. This is the second time NAGGL has presented Vincenty with this prestigious award for being an outstanding NAGGL instructor. Vincenty has been instructing for NAGGL for 10 years, and currently serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Technical Issues Committee.
