Qualifications

We’re seeking motivated SBA lending professionals who are ready to grow as leaders in the industry. Ideal candidates will be:

Experienced Professionals - Candidates should have 4-8+ years of experience in SBA 7(a) lending, possess hands-on expertise, and have participated in NAGGL training courses.
Emerging Leaders - Individuals who are new to leadership roles, preparing for leadership succession, or building/expanding a 7(a) lending team.
Ready to Engage - Professionals eager to deepen their industry involvement and use their leadership abilities to support the SBA lending community.
Open to Growth - Candidates should be willing to step outside their comfort zone, develop their written, verbal, and leadership skills, and embrace new challenges and opportunities as they arise.

Future Lending Leaders must self-nominate by completing an online application that includes:

Applicants must be employed by a NAGGL member organization in good standing and provide written confirmation from their supervisor, ensuring their employer’s support for full participation in the program.
