The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) proudly announces the graduation of the Future Lending Leaders (FLL) Class of 2026, a distinguished cohort of rising professionals committed to advancing the mission and future of the SBA 7(a) Loan Program.

Launched in 2021, NAGGL’s Future Lending Leaders program was designed to cultivate and support the next generation of leaders in SBA lending. Through mentorship, in-depth education experiences, and industry engagement, the program equips participants with the knowledge, networks, and insights needed to lead with integrity, innovation, and impact.
