SBA regulations have always required lenders to determine that there is "sufficient invested equity" for every SBA loan. SOP 50 10 5(K) redefines what constitutes an equity injection, including seller equity injection, and establishes equity injection mandates for loans made for certain purposes. Determining what "counts" as equity injection, as well as proving the sources AND uses of the equity injection is critical to having a valid SBA guaranty. Attend this session to get a better understanding of equity injection and explore how policy requirements translate into practical application and best practices tips for lenders.

Instructions for login will be distributed approximately 24 hours in advance of the session! This session is delivered over the internet using Webex, so a solid connection and good audio on your computer are required for an optimal experience.

*If you purchase unlimited logins, you will be responsible to distribute information to your team.
