If you are already registered for our conference, there is no additional action you need to take at this time.

We’ll dive deep into many pertinent topics, of course covering the newly released OCRM Final Rule and policy updates in the highly anticipated releases of the SOP 50 10 6 and the SOP 50 57 3, both expected soon. In addition, we’ll discuss credit underwriting in difficult times, best practices for prudent servicing of deferred loans and managing workouts; share special guidance related to purchases and explain what any potential legislative provisions mean in practical terms for 7(a) lenders. Plus, we’ll review new rules on agents and fees, and talk about any impact legislation may have on the 7(a) secondary market.

You’ll hear from NAGGL’s crack government relations team – the only ones in the trenches advocating on behalf of our community – as they share insight on their efforts to help the Hill craft a package to support the small business economy adversely impacted by COVID-19. The GR team also will explain everything else that is happening in Washington and the effects it might have on the 7(a) loan program in the coming months. We’ll also host bonus sessions, including a special Closing General Session on May 8 to answer your lingering questions and need for policy guidance.

Is the NAGGL Spring Conference canceled?
In lieu of our in-person conference, this year’s Spring Conference will be presented virtually. No sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We recommend that you not initiate travel to Atlanta.

What will a virtual NAGGL conference look like?
Similar to our WEBExpress courses, all scheduled breakout sessions and general sessions will be presented live via our Cisco Webex system. Our digital schedule of events will allow you to add your selected breakout session to your calendar and set reminders before we go live.
To accommodate for the difference in time zones among our registrants, the rebroadcasting of each session will be available shortly after the live recording is complete.
In addition to live content, access to pre-recorded content will be available. An email with log-in information for access to these resources will be sent out prior to the event start date.
