VIRTUAL TRAINING FAQ

___

Are the NAGGL pre-conference education courses canceled?

In lieu of our in-person education courses, all seven courses that were to be offered in Atlanta now will be presented in a virtual classroom format. No courses will take place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We recommend that you not initiate travel to Atlanta.

What will virtual NAGGL training look like?

Attendees will receive access to a secure portal that includes course login information and the digital materials to download.

NAGGL instructors will teach our standard course material but for shorter periods of time over an extended number of days to make for optimal online learning. The courses will still feature exercises, group discussions and course interactions -- just like you’d experience at the in-person training.

Attendance will be taken each day, and if applicable, you will receive diploma credit for attending the virtual course.

How will I receive my course materials?

Your course materials available to download from a secured link. This link will be sent to the email address that was included on your registration form prior to the course start date.

Who do I contact with questions?

NAGGL is working quickly to get the word out about our virtual training courses and virtual conference. At this time, please submit all questions to conference@naggl.org and our team will forward it to the correct point of contact.

I am already registered a course. What do I do?

You will not need to contact NAGGL regarding your registration status. Your registration will be automatically transferred to the new virtual course date and time. If this time does not work for you, please email conference@naggl.org to explore your options before April 17. After April 17, our standard cancelation policy will be in effect.

Will my registration fee be refunded?

If you registered for an education course prior to March 24 and cannot attend the virtual course, you may request a full credit to your NAGGL account to apply toward a future training courses, or a refund less the required $100 administrative fee. After April 17, no credits or refunds will be provided; however, we can transfer your registration to another individual within your institution at no cost.

How do I use a NAGGL credit to register for an education course?

You will need to email your course registration information and a copy of your receipt showing the credit to info@naggl.org. Your request will be assigned to one of our team members who will process your request and send you a registration confirmation and updated invoice.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

You must contact your hotel directly to cancel your hotel room as soon as possible. The Hyatt Regency Atlanta has canceled all reservations that were booked in the NAGGL room block and is refunding any deposits to the card on file.

How do I cancel my airfare?

Many airlines have COVID-19 policies in place for their passengers affected by related cancelations. We suggest that you contact your airline directly to learn about their current policy.
