Join Margherita Stutz (Umpqua Bank), a leading expert in 7(a) servicing and liquidation activities, as she discusses loan workouts and follows the evolution of an SBA loan default from the first missed payment to the charge-off. This session will discuss payment modification/ workout options, prudent follow up by the lender for loans in workouts, liquidation remedies, and tips for submitting a complete guaranty package. This is a session not only for SBA servicing staff but for special assets and workout staff too.
