This afternoon, the House passed a full-year FY23 omnibus, after the Senate passed the same legislation earlier this week.  President Biden is expected to sign the omnibus tonight, ahead of the deadline at 11:59 PM ET to avert a government shutdown.  This comes after two back-to-back short-term Continuing Resolutions while negotiations were finalized over the past several months.  The FY23 funding package includes $35 billion in authorization for 7(a) lending.
