NAGGL is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and equitable environment for all participants at its events, including members, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. To protect the integrity and value of our events, this policy establishes clear guidelines prohibiting suitcasing and outboarding, and outlines the actions NAGGL will take to enforce these rules.

NAGGL fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Attendees with special facility, sight, hearing, and/or dietary needs should complete the ADA section when registering online and should notify the hotel when making reservations.

Audio/video recordings of any conference sessions, training courses or events is strictly prohibited.

When attending NAGGL events I hereby authorize and give my full consent to National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) to copyright and/or publish any and all photographs, videos and any other form of visual/audio communications in which I appear while attending any NAGGL event. I further agree that NAGGL may transfer, use or cause to be used, these above-mentioned communications for any exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercials, art and advertising purposes, and television programs without limitations or reservations.

NAGGL intends to host the 2025 Annual Conference as a “hybrid” event featuring two different but cohesive experiences for participants – one catering to an in-person audience live at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, and one connecting an expansive virtual audience tuning in live from around the country.

Limit 1 (one) guest per paid conference registrant. Guests are only permitted to attend the conference through the purchase of a $345 Guest Pass, which includes access to the Opening Reception on Sunday evening and the Closing Party on Tuesday evening. This fee does not include any pre-conference tours organized by NAGGL. Guests must wear their identifying Guest badge to enter these events. Guests without an official conference badge will be asked to show proof of registration or to register for the full conference if space is available. A Guest refers to a spouse, child 18 years or older, partner, or companion who is NOT an active or former member of NAGGL and is not associated with the SBA 7(a) lending industry. Children under the age of 18 will require a name badge and must be supervised at all times. Please note Guests are not permitted access to any conference sessions, the exhibit hall, or group functions, for any reason, at any time except for the events outlined above. To attend conference sessions, attendees must have an active NAGGL membership valid through October 31, 2025, and have registered and paid in full for their registration.
