Individual speaker graphic will be available for download. Let everyone on social media know you’re speaking at the NAGGL Conference.
If NAGGL has requested a PowerPoint from you, submit your final slideshow to [email protected] using the branded PowerPoint template provided by Margherita.
WEEK OF October 20
Facilitator meetings between speakers and the NAGGL team will be scheduled for this week.
This session allows you to finalize your session content and confirm last minute details. Look for a calendar invite from NAGGL with complete details.

This event is being held in a hybrid format and will consist of in-person and virtual speakers and attendees.

Meals: Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, and Receptions are included with your conference registration.
Video: Sessions will be captured via video and shared with NAGGL conference attendees.
Photography: There will be an official conference photographer and pictures may be shared via social media, in the conference platform, and on the NAGGL website.

Submitting Your Slideshow
If NAGGL has requested a PowerPoint from you, please use the branded PowerPoint template provided by Margherita Stutz.
If you are part of a panel presenting a breakout session, please designate one individual to submit slides to NAGGL.
Your slideshow must be prepared using Microsoft Office PowerPoint (PPT) compatible with the Windows operating system.
All presentations should be created and designed in 16×9 screen aspect ratio (wider image display). This will ensure your presentation uses the whole screen.
If you would like to include a live poll during your session, contact Margherita Stutz to discuss your options.
If you have handouts, you will be responsible for the expense of printing and shipping to the on-site hotel.
Slides will be shared digitally with attendees through the conference platform unless requests are made to the contrary, and approved by the NAGGL staff, PRIOR to the event.

On-Site Logistics
Speaker Check-In: Regular check-in hours begin Saturday, October 24.
Speaker Ready Room: Speakers can practice their presentation in the Speaker Ready Room. Find a member of the conference planning staff to gain access to the room.
Prior to Your Session: Please arrive in your session room at the start of the break prior to your session (latest 15 minutes prior to the start time) and introduce yourself to the NAGGL host and any co-presenters.
During Your Session: Your presentation will be one of four breakout sessions taking place during your time slot. It’s important that you respect the other speakers by not exceeding the allocated time for your presentation and Q&A period.
Stage Set-Up: Raised stage includes microphones, tablet, and slide remote on a head table for moderator and session speakers.
Your Slideshow: Your slideshow set-up will be managed by a NAGGL host inside your breakout room and will be visible on the screen when you arrive.
Microphones: Please speak directly into the microphone during your presentation. The virtual audience will be unable to hear you if you don’t.
NAGGL Host: A NAGGL team member will be stationed in your breakout room to make announcements, introductions, manage virtual audience Q&A, and assist you with any questions.
