SBA will hold its bi-monthly CA training call on Wednesday August 2, 2023 at 2 PM ET. During the call, SBA will provide updates on the transition of CA Pilot program lenders to CA SBLC status and information on SBA Form 1086, Secondary Participation Guaranty Agreement, the contractual agreement detailing the terms and conditions of a sale of the guaranteed portion of an SBA loan.
