The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Office of Regulations will host a repeat RegCast on the Small Business Lending Rule on July 25, 2023 at 11 AM ET. This session will provide information to help financial institutions determine whether they are covered financial institutions for purposes of complying with the rule. This will include how to determine if transactions are covered credit transactions and whether businesses are small.
