SBA has announced cancelation of the webinar on the technical updates version of SOP 50 10 7 which was scheduled for Monday July 31, 2023.  According to the message announcing the cancelation, SBA will advise “when/if the webinar is rescheduled”.   At this time, we do not know when the technical updates version of the 50 10 will be issued.  But despite the cancelation of the webinar, there is no reason to believe that SBA will delay implementation of SOPs 50 10 7, 50 56 1 and 50 57 3.  Please monitor this website for more information as it becomes available.
