The White House just announced that Monday’s OMB Memorandum pausing Federal financial assistance is now rescinded [Peter Alexander on X: “🚨 Trump’s White House OMB rescinds federal aid freeze], removing any concerns of the Memo’s applicability to 7(a) lending and the secondary market. It is NAGGL’s understanding that E-tran has continued to accept and approve 7(a) loan applications as normal, without any pause. As always, NAGGL will keep our membership informed of any new developments.
