The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) proudly announces the graduation of the Future Lending Leaders (FLL) Class of 2025, a distinguished cohort of rising professionals committed to advancing the mission and future of the SBA 7(a) Loan Program.

Launched in 2021, NAGGL’s Future Lending Leaders program was designed to cultivate and support the next generation of leaders in SBA lending. Through mentorship, in-depth education experiences, and industry engagement, the program equips participants with the knowledge, networks, and insights needed to lead with integrity, innovation, and impact.

The past year has marked one of the most pivotal periods in the history of the SBA 7(a) program. Changes to the Administration, substantial revisions to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and an evolving economic environment have introduced heightened complexity and opportunity. In such moments, the presence of forward-thinking leadership is more critical than ever.

“The Future Lending Leaders Class of 2025 is building on a strong foundation of industry knowledge and experience, helping ensure the 7(a) Program continues to serve small businesses with excellence for generations to come.”
