In order to protect our valued exhibitors and the investment they have made in attending the NAGGL event, any individual who is observed soliciting business in the aisles, any public space, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. NAGGL recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite. Please report any violations you may observe to NAGGL staff immediately.
Book in the Block
NAGGL contracts with the headquarters hotel for a specific number of rooms, allowing us to offer the best possible rates to our training and conference participants. It is important to reserve guest rooms at the headquarters hotel so that we can continue to pass along savings to attendees.
NAGGL fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Attendees with special facility, sight, hearing, and/or dietary needs should complete the ADA section when registering online and should notify the hotel when making reservations.
The use of audio or video recording devices, internet technologies such as Twitter, or any other reporting media, is strictly prohibited during all conference sessions and training courses.
All electronic devices (pagers, cellular phones, laptops) must be turned off during sessions and luncheons. If necessary, step outside the meeting room to use your phone.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted at any NAGGL function, including general sessions, luncheons and evening events.
NAGGL continues to work with the hotel and our suppliers in order to make a smaller impact on the environment. The conference notebook has been replaced with a smaller Conference Guide that includes all essential information. Attendees are asked to recycle their name badges after the conference concludes.
