The race is on! Join NAGGL in Indianapolis for its 33rd SBA Lending Technical Conference. The conference starts Tuesday, May 2 with the Scramble Golf tournament followed by that evening’s Taste of Indy Opening Reception. Wednesday, May 3, starts bright and early with a General Session full of updates from NAGGL and our SBA guests, followed by two full days packed with sessions covering current government relations news and technical policy updates. Room Deposit and Early Departure Fee
The Hotel does not require a one night’s room and tax deposit at the time of booking. If a guest must cancel his/her room reservation the hotel requires at least 72 hours notice prior to the time of arrival. Either before or at the time of arrival, the Hotel requires notification of any change in a guest’s departure date; failure to notify the Hotel of such a change results in the guest being charged an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room fee and tax.

 

Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation.  

Tip: Make your reservations early, as the entire month of May is filled with activities in conjunction with the Indy 500!

Reservations made after April 7 accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.  

Government Rooms   
NAGGL has secured a limited number of government per diem rooms that are reserved for our invited speakers/guests. Contact NAGGL to obtain a Government Housing Form to receive the government rate.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Suitcasing Policy
In order to protect our valued exhibitors and the investment they have made in attending the NAGGL event, any individual who is observed soliciting business in the aisles, any public space, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. NAGGL recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite. Please report any violations you may observe to NAGGL staff immediately.

Weather/Attire
May in Indianapolis is sunny with an average high of 75 and low of 55 degrees. Bring a jacket as room temperatures vary and the evenings are cool. Attire for training courses, conference sessions and evening events is business casual.

Host Hotel
NAGGL contracts with the headquarters hotel for a specific number of rooms, allowing us to offer the best possible rates to our training and conference participants. It is important to reserve guest rooms at the headquarters hotel so that we can continue to pass along savings to attendees.

ADA Compliance
NAGGL fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Attendees with special facility, sight, hearing, and/or dietary needs should complete the ADA section when registering online and should notify the hotel when making reservations.

Recording Devices
The use of audio or video recording devices, internet technologies such as Twitter, or any other reporting media, is strictly prohibited during all conference sessions and training courses.

Electronic Devices
All electronic devices (pagers, cellular phones, laptops) must be turned off during sessions and luncheons. If necessary, step outside the meeting room to use your phone.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted at any NAGGL function, including general sessions, luncheons and evening events.

Going ‘Green’
NAGGL continues to work with the hotel and our suppliers in order to make a smaller impact on the environment. The conference notebook has been replaced with a smaller Conference Guide that includes all essential information. Attendees are asked to recycle their name badges after the conference concludes.
