Now that your SBA 7(a) loan if fully funded, what happens when the borrower wants to make some type of change, for instance to the ownership structure of the company, to life insurance coverage (change companies, get a loan against the policy, or discontinue coverage), to the type of interest rate, or, to pay down a loan on standby? These servicing actions don’t impact the loan’s collateral, yet still require a lender to take and carefully document a servicing action. This session uses the requirements found in the SOP 50 57 2 to walk lenders through some common servicing actions that do not involve collateral and discusses what a responsible 7(a) lender must do to protect the SBA guaranty.

LIVE Presentation Runs From: 1:00-2:30 pm Eastern | Noon-1:30 pm Central | 11:00 am-12:30 pm Mountain | 10:00 am-11:30 pm Pacific

Instructions for login will be distributed approximately 24 hours in advance of the session!
