NAGGL has developed three groups of SBA lending training courses
– fundamental, advanced, and featured
courses – to provide SBA lending professionals with opportunities
for growth and success within the industry. NAGGL also offers monthly
web-based training courses and an annual web-networking event to allow
for continuing education minus the travel expense. Below is our slate

WEBExpress
Make plans to participate in this
year’s WEBExpress programs and
take advantage of the most affordable way to train your staff. Each
monthly course focuses on a timely topic, often based on your
recommendations. Throughout the year your favorite NAGGL instructors
discuss issues critical to every aspect of your lending operation, from
eligibility and processing to portfolio management. All you need is
Internet access and a telephone, and for one low fee you can invite as
many people as you’d like to participate from your connection
site. Without the hassles and costs of traveling this low-cost training
option is also the most convenient, with courses lasting between 60-90
minutes, your time away from the office is minimized. Monthly topics are
announced on a quarterly basis.
