banc-serv PARTNERS opened their doors in
March of 2002 in downtown Indianapolis as one of the first Loan Service
Providers in the Midwest. The early vision of our company’s
founder and president, Kerri Agee, was to start a small business that
would partner with community banks and help guide them through the maze
of SBA lending. It was also her vision to help other small
businesses like banc-serv get the funding they needed to realize their
dreams. Early on the company realized how important the NAGGL
organization was to SBA lending and the businesses they were trying to
help. banc-serv became a member of NAGGL in 2004 and exhibited at
their first tradeshow in early 2005. Since that time banc-serv has
increased their commitment to the NAGGL organization through their
involvement in numerous committees and their sponsorships of
tradeshow events. In celebration of their 10 years in business
banc-serv PARTNERS has decided to increase their level of commitment and
become a Sustaining Member of NAGGL. When asked to comment Kerri Agee
said, “We have been proud to be a member of the NAGGL organization
for the past 8 years and we look forward to increasing our level of
commitment and support.”

The Bailey Group was started in August 2003
in Tampa, FL with a singular objective in mind – to be the most
trusted resource for SBA Lenders to turn to when their borrowers are
required to obtain life insurance to secure their loan. The company
quickly realized the significance and relevance of the NAGGL
organization to the lending industry and its relationship with the SBA.
Therefore, The Bailey Group attended its first NAGGL conference in the
fall of 2003 and became a member in 2004. In 2012, the company
raised its commitment and involvement with NAGGL in becoming a
Sustaining Member. When asked why he felt it was necessary to take
such a jump in membership, Charles Bailey, the President, said
“NAGGL does a tremendous job day in and day out for every lender
and affiliated company that works within, or markets to, the SBA
industry. The leadership of NAGGL has continued to demonstrate
their passion and appreciation for everyone involved in the SBA
community and our company is ready to show its support as
well.”
