All lenders must register designated personnel with the SLPC
at
Sacramento504Register@sba.gov. The SLPC will respond to such
requests
by providing instructions on how to complete registration and to use
the
electronic verification process. The lender submits a
USCIS Form G-845 (845), ―Document Verification Request, with
supporting information to the SLPC. The lender muststate on the
845 that the request is for an SBA-guaranteed loan.
