Biography - David Bartram

David Bartram serves as President of the SBA Division of U.S. Bank in San Diego California, overseeing 25 SBA Business Centers in 25 states. David has worked for Bank of Commerce since 1984, where he was formerly the Chief Operating Officer. David is currently chair of the board of directors, and previously served as vice-chair. In the past, David was active on the Technical Issues Committee. In 1994, David served as Director of the Downtown San Diego Partnership, and in 1988 was named the San Diego SBA District Financial Advocate of the Year.
