Guaranteed LendingTraining & EventsAdvocacyMembershipAbout NAGGLIn The NewsJob Bank

NAGGL has been experiencing severe problems with our current website. We are within a couple of weeks of launching an entirely new association management software solution, including a modern community-based website that will require members to login to take advantage of many great features (online registration, instant messaging with other members, sharing news, etc.). Until that time, believe me, we understand the frustration you may be feeling! Online event registration is not currently working, so please use the "old-fashioned" print-a-form and fax it in to 405.377.3931 -- or feel free to call if you will register using a credit card. Our number is 405.377.4022. Any NAGGL staff can assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

New servicing & liquidation matrix available >

Within the new Matrix is a policy change to be aware of found in Footnote 2: “After the loan is disbursed, on a variable rate loan the lender may change the base rate or the spread over the base rate , on a fixed rate loan the lender may change the rate, and the lender may also change the Note from a fixed rate to a variable rate or from a variable rate to a fixed rate, provided the new interest rate does not exceed the maximum allowable interest rate at the time of loan application.”

Based on the serious flaws within its data, SBA no longer provides to the public its franchise performance data. "Since lenders are not required to provide franchise 'codes' to the SBA, the agency's franchise data is incomplete and its accuracy is questionable." -- FRANdata, 2011
