Leaders don’t wait for someone else to take care of problems. They

taking action. Leaders set the trends that others follow. They are
decisive and confident, and therefore successful in accomplishing their
goals. Over NAGGL’s two-plus decades of existence, it has
displayed these traits in seeking the good of the 7(a) program and those
who depend on it. NAGGL serves the needs and represent the
interests of the small business lending community that utilizes SBA and
other government guaranteed loan programs. NAGGL's leadership milestones
began in 1984 and continue today.
