Biography - Jennifer Sterrett-O'Neill
Jennifer Sterrett-O'Neill is Chief
Operating Office of the National Association of Government
Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). She is responsible for managing
the operations of the
association and all departmental staff, providing
assistance in responding to technical lending
questions, leading marketing
communications efforts to
members, partners, government offices, and the general public, and
assisting with government
relations efforts. Jenny joined NAGGL after 11 years in the software industry, where she
served as a business manager and
senior account
manager at an international
firm. Her career has focused on the marketing and sales of complex
software solutions to large enterprises. In addition, she has a great deal of
experience in contract negotiation, project management, training, and
presentations.
